The floor was on several levels and the most part rotten and infested with wood worm. This was removed; what was remaining was treated and then the floor was restructured to one level.
Underfloor heating was installed inorder to maximise floor space and to enjoy the economic function of this system. This was then finished with a handmade parquet floor. Bathroom was fitted as a wet room with a rain shower, toilet, ventilation fan and vanity unit. Fitted open wardrobe and cupboard provides ample storage space to an otherwise restricted area. Kitchenette including all the essential mod conveniences; sink, oven, fridge, microwave and dining area together with cupboards and more storage. Boiler was fitted in compliance with building regulations and then further sound-proofed for a 'good night's sleep'. |
